文學中的山水清音

        我寧願是一隻蝴蝶，也不願生在中世紀的歐洲；我寧願是一隻蝴蝶，也不願意生在十七世紀的Salem 村。

   蝴蝶的生命雖短暫，卻可以不受拘束地自由翱翔；而中世紀歐洲的百姓，不管男女，大都生活在衛生及醫療條件差以及謀生不易的環境中，而且還得常常飽受饑荒、瘟疫和戰爭的威脅。

       蝴蝶的生命雖然短暫，但只要沒遇到天敵，牠都是快樂的生活；而十七世紀的Salem 村居民，大都生活清苦，且很有可能被胡亂指控為巫而被吊死。嫌疑犯如果不認罪，甚至會被大石頭壓死。

蝴蝶做夢，牠會比中世紀的歐洲人及十七世的Salem 村居民快樂。而現今的我們能生活在台灣，其實沒什麼好抱怨的，因為不管經濟再怎麼差，與中世紀歐洲人及Salem 村百姓相比，我們簡直像活在天堂中。

      I'd rather be a butterfly and do not want to be born in medieval Europe; I'd rather be a butterfly and would not be willing to be born in the 17th century village of Salem.

Although the life of the butterfly is short, it can be free from restlessly; and medieval European people, regardless of men and women, mostly lived in unhealthy and poor medical conditions and living environment was not easy, but also often suffer famine, plague and the threat of war.

       Butterfly's life is short, but as long as no natural enemies are encountered, it is a happy life; and the 17th century Salem village residents, most of them encountered the hardships, and were likely to be charged for witch and hanged. If the suspects did not plead guilty, it will even be crushed by a large stone.

      Butterfly dreams, it will be happier than the medieval Europeans and the residents of the 17th village of Salem. And now we can live in Taiwan, in fact, we have no reason to complain, because no matter how bad about the economy, if we compare with the medieval Europeans and Salem village people, we just seem to live in paradise.
