文學中的山水清音

幾世紀以來，中國古人把「老虎」視為「山君」、把「白鷺鷥」視為「高潔」、把「狐狸」視為「狡猾」、把「蛇」視為「陰險」、把「貓頭鷹」視為「邪惡」。這些投射在動物身上的形容語彙，對動物而言都是人類的偏見。

看看這張眼神無辜的狐狸照片，牠真的那麼狡猾嗎？

For centuries, the ancient Chinese regarded tiger as the king of the mountain, the white heron considered as a noble symbol, the fox considered as cunning animal, the snake regarded as sinister nature, the owl considered as evil bird. These projected vocabulary to describe animals, are just human’s biased. 

Look at these innocent eyes about the fox photos; it’s really so cunning?

同樣是為了生活而殺生，狐狸不是吃素的、白鷺鷥也不是吃素的，為何一個叫狡猾，一個就是高潔? 可見，這只是人心不好，才會論說動物的「是非」，跟動物本身那有一點關係。
